Our Remote Support Software allows our engineers to connect to any customer’s computer or server via a remote connection (over the internet). The software needs to be opened on the customer’s computer in order to gain access; however, the software needs no instillation or complicated adjustment settings. With its user friendly interface, all of the information communicated during the session is reliably secured. Then, with the customer’s permission, the technician can then take over the customer’s mouse and keyboard, transfer various diagnostic repair applications to the customer’s desktop, run scans and install antivirus programs amongst various other things.
