2 New Team Members for Dolphin

Two New Hires Join the Team at Dolphin 

As part of our business growth plans and commitment to delivering the best service for our clients, we are delighted to welcome two new members to the team.  

We have recently appointed Dan Jones in the role of Senior IT Technician. Dan will be responsible for project planning and being out on site meeting with our customers. His vast experience in the IT industry means he’s well placed to investigate the more complex issues that our customers may face when considering their IT solutions and in doing so, he ensures that we offer the best value when quoting clients.  

We’re delighted to have also welcomed Rob Beatty to Dolphin, bolstering our IT Technician team even further. Rob brings his first class customer service expertise to the table and will be responding to customer calls and help desk tickets to help diagnose and fix any issues.  

The two new hires are an invaluable addition to our existing team, enabling us to continue to provide professional and reliable IT support to our ever increasing customer base.
