Celebrating 15 Years of Dolphin

To celebrate Dolphin’s 15 year anniversary and get into the Christmas spirit, the team took a trip to Poznan, Poland for a festive weekend.

On arrival on Friday evening, the team headed straight out to explore the Christmas market just around the corner. A few beers were enjoyed at the local bars and more than a few tense games of Uno were had!

On Saturday morning the team went out to check out the shopping centre – it was a refurbished brewery –  and also explored the nearby ‘Royal Castle’ that was part museum, part art exhibition. A quick rest and a coffee break to reenergise then saw everyone venturing to the Old Town and one of the green spaces which homes a collection of former military vehicles including tanks and planes. It was well worth the visit away from the centre to explore further afield. Tired after exploring all day, the team enjoyed a lovely local meal at a restaurant followed by exploring some more local bars.

Sunday consisted of enjoying some more local food and drinks, another quick stop at the Christmas market and then heading to the airport to return home!

The weekend away was a great way to celebrate 15 years of Dolphin ICT and was also really a fantastic opportunity for the team to get to know each other outside of the work environment.

IT Technician Harry said “I’m thankful for a special weekend away. It’s been such an amazing time exploring somewhere new!”

MD Russell Till added “It was great being able to take the team away and show their hard work is really appreciated here. I think it definitely made us closer as a team and really reinforced the open and welcoming culture we strive for here at Dolphin”.
